Hannah Ankenbauer (she/her) is a first-year graduate student at American University pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Environmental Policy. A Midwesterner her whole life, she recently moved to DC from Kansas City, Missouri, where she was a Data Analyst at a regional planning nonprofit called Mid-America Regional Council. Her concern and hope for the state of the planet is what pushed her to pursue her graduate degree and apply to intern at The Climate Reality Project. She is excited to be part of the executive office and begin her career in fighting for the protection of our planet.
